Help reveal the second official image of the newest member of the Toyota Prius family. Every day for two weeks, Doug Coleman from Toyota Motor Sales will be releasing two puzzle pieces at priuschat.com. Then it’s up to the community to work together to solve the puzzle and follow the progress here at Toyota Prius Projects. There’s been a lot of anticipation about the new family member, and this new image promises to answer a few of those questions.

Good morning Prius Chat,

By now, most of you have seen the video from the 10th Anniversary Prius Celebration where we revealed the first official photo of the newest member of the Toyota Prius family. (Oh, and maybe you’ve seen a few dozen unauthorized shots of a car reported to have been the newest Toyota Prius family member, but that’s another matter…) Anyway, although it’s still probably not enough to tide you over until Detroit – and since we just really enjoy teasing you – starting today, we’re going to start releasing the second photo. “Releas-ing” is the right word because this photo will be in the form of another puzzle; however, for this puzzle, we’re going to need the help of the online Prius community.

Each day, we’ll be posting puzzle pieces here on Priuschat.com and on ToyotaPriusProjects.com. It’s up to all of you to do the assembly, however you see fit. Take the time, and we think you’ll find some nice new information. And we’ll make sure to save a little surprise for the final piece! The final image, once it’s been assembled, will also be posted to our Toyota Prius Facebook page so be sure to become a fan to receive any updates.
